Red Clay Hills start with these base packages, we can add on to build a package unique to your wishes and requests.
All prices are subject to HST.
Red Clay Hills Farmhouse Venue
$4200
This includes full use of the historic farmhouse and surrounding property. The house has three beautifully appointed bedrooms, perfect for a bridal suite, and can accommodate both bride and grooms families to get ready the day of the wedding. The grounds offer a serene blank canvas for an outdoor wedding.
Wedding Planning
$1800
Let us help you with the wedding planning tasks and you'll feel the relief of all the details coming together. We will take care of fully planning all the key parts of your wedding day so you can focus on you, and the rest of your life.
Day-of Coordinating
$100/hour
For additional peace of mind, our planning team can stay on site during the afternoon, including before and/or after dinner to ensure everything runs smoothly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30% non-refundable deposit is to be paid upon booking. We understand that sometimes life happens and plans need to change. However, wedding planning and coordination does not start on the morning of the wedding. The majority of the work takes place behind the scenes well in advance of your special day to make sure that everything goes smoothly and without a hitch, therefore the deposit is non-refundable.
